Today, because of economic necessity, we are being offered dead, lifeless “foodless” foods. Grains have been so milled that they contain little nutrients value. Processing and preserving have destroyed the delicate food nutrients and saturated edibles with chemicals. Fruits, vegetables, bread products, cakes, pies, pastries, meats, fish, poultry, and dairy products have been barraged with so many artificial chemical substances that they have been observed to contribute to shorter life span and many illnesses.
The nutrients in foods are perishable. Vitamins are evaporated by prolonged exposure and storage. Minerals will oxidate or “vanish” when the foods containing these nutrients are subjected to chemicalized insecticides and sprays. The protein in meats, poultry, and certain dairy foods have been injected with artificial growth hormones. It has reached the level where you do not necessarily eat food — but chemicals!
