Fruits:
Natural and organic fruits are there favorite seven: apricots, peaches, apples, cherries, mulberries, watermelons, and grapes. They are are either fresh or sundried.
Typical Main Dish:
Fruits are dried in the sun. Then they soak them in water overnight. The picked fruits resume their original sizes and are just as sweet and delicious as when first plucked from the tree. A good main dish is made from apricots cooked with stoneground oatmeal and milk, served piping hot.
