What are the prime nutrient sources in our food

The prime sources of blood-building nutrients are red meat, liver, the stone fruits (apricots, peaches, cherries, plums, etc), and dried peaches and apricots.

Concentrated amounts of the nutrients are abundant in such small fruits as raisins, berries, and grapes.
