Ingredients:
3/4 cup soy milk
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup uncooked spinach macaroni
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
chopped parsley and seasoning to taste
brewers yeast flakes
Method:

Cook the soy milk in a skillet with the
oil, stirring consistently until smooth and steaming hot.

Now add the onion and stir over the
fire for 1 minute, but do not brown.

Add 4 cups water, the carrots,
potatoes, and seasoning and let cook slowly until vegetables are
tender.

Put the spinach macaroni into 4 cups of
boiling water and cook until tender.

Add macaroni with water to the soup.

Add the chopped parsley and brewers
years flakes and let steam about 10 minutes.
