A Good Chowder for Digestive Improvement Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3/4 cup soy milk

1 tbsp chopped onion

1/2 cup uncooked spinach macaroni

1 tbsp cooking oil

1/2 cup finely chopped carrot

1 1/2 cups diced potatoes

chopped parsley and seasoning to taste

brewers yeast flakes

 

Method:

  • Cook the soy milk in a skillet with the oil, stirring consistently until smooth and steaming hot.

  • Now add the onion and stir over the fire for 1 minute, but do not brown.

  • Add 4 cups water, the carrots, potatoes, and seasoning and let cook slowly until vegetables are tender.

  • Put the spinach macaroni into 4 cups of boiling water and cook until tender.

  • Add macaroni with water to the soup.

  • Add the chopped parsley and brewers years flakes and let steam about 10 minutes.

  • A superior chowder that is good to your bad stomach!
