Ingredients:
2 tbsp carob powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups soy milk
2 tbsp honey
Method:

In saucepan, stir together carob
powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in 2 tablespoons of water.

When heated, add soy milk and honey.

Let it become hot but do not boil.

Remove and beat with a rotary beater
until frothy.

Before serving, add pinch of rose hips
powder for an exotic, sweet taste.
