Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp tarragon leaves
Method:

Shape meat into 4 equal patties.

Blend lemon juice, margarine, and
tarragon.

Brush over each side of burger.

Broil 6 minutes on each side.

Turn, baste, and broil 3 minutes or
until meat has browned.

Serve this heavenly, lemon-flavored
hamburger with raw carrot strips.
