Ingredients:
2 cups pear halves
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup boiling water
4 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Method:

Soften gelatin in orange juice;
dissolve in boiling water and add honey until blended.

Pour boiling water and honey over pear
halves, add ginger.

Now place ginger-flavored pears in
serving dish, pour heated gelatin mixture over the pears.

Let cool.

Chill in the refrigerator until set.
