Pecan Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup cooked brown rice

1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs

1 cup soy milk

1 tbsp soy flour

1 1/2 tsp vegetized salt

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

 

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients.

  • Shape into cutlets.

  • Place on oiled cookie sheet.

  • Brush top with oil, using pastry brush.

  • Bake in preheated oven at 350oF until golden brown or about 45 minutes.
