Pecan "Meat" Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 cup dried bread crumbs

1/2 cup cut celery

1 cup tomato juice

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp margarine

1 tbsp chopped or grated onion

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1 egg

1/2 tsp sea salt

 

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Put into oiled pan and bake until solid and brown, about 60 minutes at 400oF.

  • A delicious meat substitute for those who cannot tolerate meat foods.

  • Helps strengthen the digestive system and enables it to perform efficiently.
