Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut oil
1 lb liver
1 cup uncooked brown rice
3 tbsp snipped parsley
3 sliced carrots
1 sliced onion
2 1/2 cups water
Method:

In medium skillet, steam liver in
peanut oil until crisp.

Now put aside.

Into a saucepan, put rice, parsley,
carrots, onion, and water.

Bring to a boil.

Add cooked liver.

Cover saucepan.

Cook 30 minutes or until rice is tender
and most of the water is absorbed.
