Cranberry-Orange Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup water

4 cups cranberries

4 tbsp honey

1 tbsp arrowroot powder

1 tbsp water

1 cup orange sections

1 9-inch baked pastry shell

 

Method:

  • Combine orange juice and water in saucepan; add cranberries and honey; cook only until skins befin to pop.

  • Remove from heat.

  • Combine arrowroot and water; blend into cranberry mixture.

  • Heat until thickened; cool.

  • Add orange sections.

  • Spoon into baked pastry shell.

  • Chill.
