1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
4 cups cranberries
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tbsp water
1 cup orange sections
1 9-inch baked pastry shell
Combine orange juice and water in saucepan; add cranberries and honey; cook only until skins befin to pop.
Remove from heat.
Combine arrowroot and water; blend into cranberry mixture.
Heat until thickened; cool.
Add orange sections.
Spoon into baked pastry shell.
Chill.
