Ingredients:
6 large green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 cups dived fresh tomatoes
2 cups sliced fresh okra
2 cup fresh corn kernels
Method:

Cut slice off the top of each pepper.

Remove seeds.

Parboil in boiling water in covered
saucepan 5 minutes.

Cool.

Steam onion in peanut oil.

Add remaining ingredients and cook
until thickened.

Fill in peppers with the cooked
mixture.

Place in an oiled baking dish.

Bake in a preheated, moderate oven
(350oF) about 30 minutes or until done.
