Low-Starch Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 cup celery

2 onions

1/2 ob fresh string beans

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 tsp vegetized salt

 

Method:

  • Cut celery and onions fine, and cook in 1 cup water for 30 minutes.

  • Use covered pot.

  • After bringing to a boil, let simmer another 30 minutes.

  • Now add sting beans and bring mixture rapidly to a boil on full flame.

  • Now let simmer another 12 minutes.

  • Add parsley and vegetized salt.

  • Steam a few minutes and serve this low-starch stew that has a better "starchy" taste than full-starch stews!
