Tuna Treat Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 (13 oz) can dietetic, water-packed tuna fish

1 1/2 cups cooked wild or brown rice

2 tbsp parsley, chopped fine

2 tbsp onion, chopped

1 cup grated, unprocessed cheese

1/2 cup whole wheat crumbs

 

Method:

  • Drain and flake fish.

  • Arrange fish and rice in layers in an oiled casserole, sprinkling each layer with parsley and onion.

  • Add grated cheese. Top with whole wheat crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (375oF) about 25 minutes or until browned.
