Brown Rice Flour Bread Recipe (Yeast Used)

Ingredients:

 

6 cups brown rice flour

1/2 cup wheat germ (optional)

2 tsp vegetized salt

4 tbsp raw or brown sugar

4 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp active dry yeast

 

Method:

  • Thoroughly mix dry ingredients.

  • Dissolve yeast in 3 cups warm water and add oil and mixed dry ingredients.

  • Mix well, add more warm water to make soft mixture.

  • Place in oiled muffin tins or bread pans, filling about 3/4 full.

  • Let stand 45 minutes.

  • Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, or until bread is brown crusted and cracks on top.
