Ingredients:
2 cups scalding hot milk
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp molasses
4 eggs, separated
Method:
Cook cornmeal in the milk, adding sugar
when thickened to the consistency of mush.
Cool and add egg yolks one at a time with
beating.
Fold in stiffly beaten whites.
Bake in oiled baking dish for 30 minutes
at 350oF.
Serve hot with melted margarine or
butter.
