Add the boiling water and sea salt to the
oats and let stand 1 hour.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water
Add it to the oats and mix in the other
ingredients.
Knead in enough flour to make a smooth
dough.
Leave it in the refrigerator, preferably
overnight.
When ready to bake, remove from
refrigerator, knead it down, and let it rise.
Knead it down again and form it into
loaves.
Let these rise again and then bake them
at 375oF until they are brown.
The dough may be baked in muffin form if
desired.
