Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm water
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp raw sugar
1 package dry yeast
1 tsp lecithin
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup potato meal
1/2 cup white rice flour (unbleached)
2 cups rye flour
1 tsp sea salt
Method:
Put all in ingredients in mixing bowl.
Stir and mix thoroughly.
Now gradually add 2 cups rye flour, a
little at a time.
Place some rice flour on breadboard and
knead well.
Form into a round ball.
Place in oiled bowl.
Cover.
Let rise about 60 minutes.
This bread will not rise as high as wheat
bread.
Just as at starts to crack on top, place
on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350oF about 45 minutes.
Makes one sumptuous loaf.
