Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups soy flour
2 cups whole what flour
2 cups unbleached white flour
2 cups warm water
2 yeast cakes
2 tbsp natural raw sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp lecithin
Method:
Put all but flours into a mixing bowl.
Dissolve the yeast and stir in the soy,
whole wheat, and unbleached white flour.
Turn out on board and knead well.
Place in an oiled bowl and over.
Let rise until double its size.
Return to board and knead well.
Place in bowl, cover and let rise until
double its size, then form into laves and let rise until double its
size.
Makes 2 large loaves or 2 small ones.
Bake for 1 hour at 350oF.
