Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm or room-temperature tomato
juice
1 cup warm water
1 package dry yeast
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup molasses
1 tbsp lecithin
2 cups unbleached white flour
3 cups hard spring wheat flour (sold at
special diet shoppes)
1 tbsp sea salt
Method:
Pour tomato juice and water into a large
mixing bowl and add yeast, oil, garlic powder, molasses, lecithin, and
flour, and then sea salt.
Mix and knead well.
Put in oiled bowl, cover and let rise to
double in bulk.
Knead well, return to bowl, cover, and
set aside to rise.
When double its bulk, form into loaves,
cover, and set aside.
When 1 inch above pans, bake at 350oF for
60 minutes.
Shape loaves in any form desired.
