1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp lecithin
soy milk (to make batter drop from spoon)
Mix all ingredients together (except soy milk) and beat batter well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Have very cold.
Preheat muffin tins piping hot and drop batter by spoonfuls into oiled cups.
Bake at 400oF until golden brown.
