Ingredients:
1 cup of soy flour
4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp vegetized salt
2 cups of warm water
1 yeast cake, dissolve in 1 cup warm
water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp raw sugar or honey
Method:
Sift soy flour and sugar or honey to
eliminate any lumps.
Add whole wheat flour and salt and mix
them well.
Make a well in the flour and pour into it
2 cups of water, the dissolved yeast, and also the oil and the honey.
Mix them with a spoon, adding more flour
if needed to make a soft dough.
Turn out the dough on a floured kneading
board, and knead it well. Set it aside to rise until it is double in
bulk.
Form the dough into 2 small loaves,
handling it lightly.
Let it rise again until it is double in
bulk, and bake the loaves in a moderate oven about 60 minutes.
