medium-size carrots
6 tbsp raw sugar or honey
2 tbsp
vegetable oil
Method

Pare or scrape carrots and halve or quarter lengthwise.

Cook until
tender.

Heat sugar
and oil in heavy skillet; add drained carrots and simmer gently over
low heat, turning occasionally until carrots are well coasted with this
glazed mixture.
