Cardamom Seed Cookies Recipe (Wheat, Egg, Milk-Free)

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 cups quick oats

1/2 cup oat flour

1 tsp cardamom seeds, freshly ground

3/4 raw sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup water

1 cup ground cashew nuts

1/3 cup vegetable oil

 

Method

  • Mix quick oats, oat flour, and cardamom seeds in bowl.

  • Stir oil on cashews and blend.

  • Add water and syrup to cashews.

  • Stir sugar into bowl.

  • Add cashew mixture and blend well.

  • Drop off teaspoon onto oiled cookie sheet.

  • Flatten with fork.

  • Bake at 350oF about 12 to 15 minutes.
