Maple-Nut Cream Roll Recipes

Ingredients:

 

1 pint maple syrup

1 cup coarsely chopped pecan meats

1 tsp margarine

 

Method

  • Cook syrup until it spins a thread, then beat until creamy.

  • Work in the nuts and margarine and shape into a roll.

  • Place in refrigerator.

  • When firm, slice to eat.
