Parisian Sweets Recipes

Ingredients:

 

1 lb sundried raisins

1 lb natural figs

1 lb walnut meats

1 lb almond meats

1 lb dates

 

Method

  • Prepare the fruit by removing the seeds and stem ends.

  • Put the fruit and nuts through a meat grinder with the coarsest cutter.

  • Roll out the material on a board until it is of 1/2-inch thickness.

  • Dust it with sesame seeds and cut into squares.

  • Makes a juice-good, natural dessert.

  • A real healthy candy!
