1 cup brown rice flour
1 tbsp potato flour
1/2 tsp vegetized salt
4 tbsp margarine
4 tbsp ice water
Method
Combine rice flour, potato flour, and salt.
Cut in margarine with pastry blender to a fine texture.
Add ice water to form a soft dough.
Pat dough evenly into pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes or until nicely browned in 425oF oven.
Makes a crust for one 9-inch pan.
