Rice Flour Pie Crust Recipe (Wheat Free)

Ingredients:

 

1 cup brown rice flour

1 tbsp potato flour

1/2 tsp vegetized salt

4 tbsp margarine

4 tbsp ice water

 

Method

  • Combine rice flour, potato flour, and salt.

  • Cut in margarine with pastry blender to a fine texture.

  • Add ice water to form a soft dough.

  • Pat dough evenly into pie pan.

  • Bake 15 minutes or until nicely browned in 425oF oven.

  • Makes a crust for one 9-inch pan.
