Soy Rice Waffles Recipe (Wheat Free)

Ingredients:

 

1/3 cup soy flour

2/3 cup brown rice flour

1 tbsp active dry yeast

3 tsp raw or brown sugar

1/2 tsp vegetized salt

3/4 cup soy cream or water

1 egg, separated

2 tbsp vegetable oil

 

Method

  • Combine well-beaten egg yolk with 1/2 cup sifted dry ingredients, then add oil.

  • Alternately add remaining sifted dry ingredients and liquid.

  • Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

  • Let stand in warm place until risen.

  • Now bake on hot griddle.
