1 cup chopped, cranberries
1 cup chopped, tart apples
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup drained, crushed pineapple
Method
Combine fruits and honey and let stand 2 hours.
Now line pie pan with natural piecrust.
Add filling and cover with top crust, sealing edges carefully.
Bake for 10 minutes in hot oven, 400oF.
Now reduce heat and bake 40 minutes in moderate oven, 350oF.
