Uncooked Healthy Nibblers Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1/2 cup ground dried apricots

1/2 cup ground dried pears

1/2 cup ground dried dates

1/2 cup ground dried pecan nutmeats

1/2 cup raisins, ground

2 tbsp lemon juice

 

Method

  • Mix all together.

  • Form into a roll and wrap in wax paper.

  • Refrigerate overnight.

  • Slice in 1/4 inch slices with sharp knife.
