Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsifted, natural, unbleached cake flour
4 eggs
1/4 tsp
vegetized salt
1/2 cup
warm water
1 cup
honey
3 tbsp oil
6 tbsp
wheat germ
Method

Sift the flour several times.

Beat the
egg yolks with sea salt and warm water, adding the water in about 3
dashes.

Beat them
i=until they are light and stiff.

Add the
honey slowly. now add the oil.

Fold into
this mixture the flour and wheat germ.

Now fold
in the beaten egg whites,

Bake in a
tube pan from 40 minutes to 60 minutes.

Begin
baking at 275oF for the first 15 minutes; slowly increase
heat to 350oF to finish the baking.

Invert
dish when it is cool.
