Ingredients
1 dressed fish, 3 lbs4 to 6
Bread stuffing
2 tbsp oil
Seasoning
Method

Clean, wash, and dry fish.

Sprinkle inside with seasoning.

Place fish on a well-oiled bake 'n'
serve platter, 18x13 inches.

Brush fish with oil.

Bake in moderate oven, 350oF,
from 45 to 60 minutes or until fish flakes easily when fork-tested.
