Bread Stuffing Recipes

Ingredients

1/2 cup  

 

chopped celery

1/4 cup  

chopped onion

1/4 cup

melted margarine

1 quart

dry bread crumbs or wheat germ

1

egg, beaten

1/2 tsp

sage

1/4 tsp thyme
vegetized salt

Method

  • Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  • Makes 3 cups fish stuffing.
