Broiled Fillets or Steaks Recipes

Ingredients

2 lbs  fish fillets or steaks

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp paprika

 

Method

  • Cut fish into 6 portions.

  • Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, on a well-oiled baking pan.

  • Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

  • Pour sauce over fish.

  • Broil about 4 inches from source of hear for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when fork-tested.

  • Baste once during broiling with sauce in pan.
