Ingredients
3 lbs pan-dressed fish
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp paprika
Method

Clean, wash, and dry fish in a single
layer on a well-oiled baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and mix
well.

Brush fish inside and out with sauce.

Broils about 4 inches from source of
heat for 5 to 8 minutes,
-
Turn carefully and baste with sauce.

Broil 5 to 8 minutes longer or until
fish flakes easily when fork-tested.
