Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs fish fillets or steaks
1 quart boiling water
1 tsp vegetized salt
Method

Place fish in a well-oiled steamer
insert pan.

Sprinkle fish with salt.

Cover and cook over boiling water for 5
to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when fork-tested.

Cool.
-
Now remove skin and bones and enjoy...
