Ingredients
1 lb calves liver
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 large onion, ring sliced
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Method

Cut wiped liver into
1/2-inch thick slices.

Sprinkle with sea
salt.

Place onion rings on
top.

Brush with oil.

Broil 5 minutes.

Remove onion rings,
turn and place onion rings on other side.

Broil 10 minutes
longer until done.
