Ingredients
6 peppers (shells only)
3 tbsp corn oil
6 tbsp diced onion
3/4 lb ground beef
1 cup tomato juice
1 1/4 cups cooked brown rice
3/4 tsp vegetized seasoning
Method
Mix together all the ingredients (except beef) and then pour over roast of beef in the skillet.
Bake until thoroughly done.
Use this same liquid for basting.
The taste is tangy and so deliciously tart, it will become a favorite.
