Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. Lean beef
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 Onion
1 Garlic
1/4 cup Lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Summer savory
Pinch of kelp
Method:
Mix whole wheat flour and kelp, pound
this into the steak.
Now heat vegetable oil in skillet.
Add crushed garlic and minced onion.
Now brown the floured steak on both sides
in this skillet.
Spreads herbs over meat, pour over this
steak the lime juice and if desired 2 cups water, heat to boiling
point.
Place in Dutch oven, cover, let bake in
oven about 2 hours.
Baste frequently.
If necessary, add a little more liquid.
