Ingredients
1 cup bouillon
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced fine
1/2 minced onion
2 tbsp fresh minced mint
Cut of lamb
Method
To begin -- mix all above ingredients and set aside.
Rub lamb with peanut oil and desired vegetized salt.
Dredge in whole wheat flour.
Place in hot oven to brown.
Reduce heat to 300oF.
While cooking, pour the above basting liquor over the lamb.
Creates a unique mint flavor.
