Mint-Flavored Roast Leg Of Lamb Recipes

Ingredients

1 cup bouillon

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced fine

1/2 minced onion

2 tbsp fresh minced mint

Cut of lamb

 

Method

  • To begin -- mix all above ingredients and set aside.

  • Rub lamb with peanut oil and desired vegetized salt.

  • Dredge in whole wheat flour.

  • Place in hot oven to brown.

  • Reduce heat to 300oF.

  • While cooking, pour the above basting liquor over the lamb.

  • Creates a unique mint flavor.
