Ingredients
6 peppers (shells only)
3 tbsp corn oil
6 tbsp diced onion
1 cup tomato juice
1 1/4 cups cooked brown rice
3/4 tsp vegetized seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
Method
Combine all ingredients and stuff peppers.
Place in oiled casserole dish.
Bake at 350oF about 45 minutes.
You may pour more tomato juice over stuffed peppers to create a superb flavor while baking.
