Mother's Best Stuffed Peppers Recipes

Ingredients

6 peppers (shells only)

3 tbsp corn oil

6 tbsp diced onion

1 cup tomato juice

1 1/4 cups cooked brown rice

3/4 tsp vegetized seasoning

1/4 tsp paprika

 

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and stuff peppers.

  • Place in oiled casserole dish.

  • Bake at 350oF about 45 minutes.

  • You may pour more tomato juice over stuffed peppers to create a superb flavor while baking.
