Ingredients
4 loin veal chops
4 medium-sized carrots
4 celery stalks
1/2 onion, diced
3 cloves
1 dash dried rosemary
2 tbsp peanuts or any vegetable oil
Method
Put all ingredients in saucepan in boiling water.
Cook slowly until tender.
Remove meat.
Saute meat slowly in peanut oil until brown.
Now place everything in oiled casserole and steam 15 minutes.
