Vitamin Veal Chops Recipes

Ingredients

4 loin veal chops

4 medium-sized carrots

4 celery stalks

1/2 onion, diced

3 cloves

1 dash dried rosemary

2 tbsp peanuts or any vegetable oil

 

Method

  • Put all ingredients in saucepan in boiling water.

  • Cook slowly until tender.

  • Remove meat.

  • Saute meat slowly in peanut oil until brown.

  • Now place everything in oiled casserole and steam 15 minutes.

  • A unique way of serving vitamin-vitalized veal.
