Yogurt-Flavored Steak Recipes

Ingredients

2 lb round steak ( cut to 1-inch thickness)

Whole grain flour

Corn oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1 sliced onion

1/3 cup water

1 cup yogurt

1 1/2 tbsp grated natural cheese (soy cheese is best)

 

Method

  • Dredge steak with flour.

  • Brown both sides in corn oil.

  • Add all remaining ingredients.

  • Cover skillet and let simmer about 2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.

  • A superb flavor!
