Almond Slaw Recipes

Ingredients

 

1/4 cup toasted, blanched, silvered almonds

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 cup crushed pineapple

1/4 cup light cream

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp vegetized salt

 

Method

  • Combine almonds, cabbage and pineapple.

  • Stir together cream, lemon juice, and seasonings.

  • Pour over cabbage mixture and toss lightly.

  • Serve promptly.
