Ingredients
1/4 cup toasted, blanched, silvered almonds
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/4 cup light cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vegetized salt
Method
Combine almonds, cabbage and pineapple.
Stir together cream, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss lightly.
Serve promptly.
