Ingredients
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 cup apple juice
1 egg, well beaten
1 three-ounce package cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Mix dry ingredients.
Add fruit juices and blend.
Cook over hot water in double boiler about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Slowly stir in egg.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly.
Now mash cheese with fork and beat into cooked mixture.
Chill.
