Complexion Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 

4 firm lettuce leaves

1 tbsp shelled green peas

1 carrot

1/2 small leek

3 radishes

1 small tomato

 

Method

  • Wash vegetables carefully.

  • Slice the radishes thin.

  • Chop green peas.

  • Now cut tomato into small pieces.

  • Arrange 4 lettuce cups on platter.

  • In center, place tomatoes.

  • On other lettuce cups, place the prepared vegetables.

  • Sprinkle desired lemon juice and drops of olive oil.

  • Has a treasure of vitamins and minerals to feed the skin and complexion
