Cucumber Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

 

2 medium, unpeeled cucumbers

2 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/16 tsp garlic powder

1 cup yogurt

 

Method

  • Cut cucumbers into 1/8 inch slices.

  • Add sea salt and apple cider vinegar and mix well.

  • Let stand 2 to 3 hours.

  • Drain.

  • Add garlic powder and yogurt and toss lightly.

  • Serve at once.
