Ingredients
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp raw sugar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vegetized salt
1 head lettuce, at room temperature
1 large hard-cooked egg, chopped fine
Method
Combine vegetable oil with raw sugar and stir until partially dissolved.
Add lemon juice and vegetized salt.
Mix well.
Break lettuce into bite-sized pieces,
Pour dressing over lettuce and toss gently.
Garnish salad with finely chopped egg.
Serve immediately.
