Ingredients
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 chopped parsley
3 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups yogurt
Method
In a bowl, mix together vinegar, parsley, lemon juice, onion, and garlic; fold in yogurt.
Cover and chill.
