Mexicana Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 

1 large avocado

2 tsp minced onion

2 fresh tomatoes , peeled and chopped

1 1/2 tsp vegetized salt

1/4 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp cayenne

 

Method

  • Peel and mash avocado.

  • Blend onion, tomatoes, vegetized salt, paprika and cayenne.

  • Chill.

  • Serve on lettuce with desired dressing.
